Gifts, Payments, and Sales Policies

    A 30% down payment is required to reserve a space, with the balance to be paid in monthly installments. The total payment must be completed 2 months prior to the event.

    Included Gifts

    • Bloggers and influencers for brand and product promotions on social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (applies to spaces larger than 100 ft²).

    • A salesperson in Mexico completely free of charge for your products, with no additional costs. Commission is only charged once the salesperson makes a sale greater than the cost of the acquired space.

    • The exhibitor will cover the employee’s payroll. This includes: employee salary, social security registration through Oceans Fair, and payment of all corresponding taxes to the Mexican government.

    • Oceans Fair guarantees a minimum of 50 clients for exhibitors who acquire spaces larger than 180 ft².

    • Free entry and zero commissions on the store platform for exhibitors, with an application available for Android and iOS.

    • If your payment is 100%, Oceans Fair will gift you the registration of your company in Mexico, including RFC (tax ID), bank account, and fiscal address.

    • You will be able to obtain NOM or Cofepris certifications directly for your products, expanding your market.

    • You will be able to import directly, legally, and without intermediaries.

    • You will have your own warehouse in Mexico for fast and secure merchandise delivery.

    • You will be able to market your products on digital platforms efficiently and with the corresponding certifications.

    • Your market will grow faster: during the event, customers will be able to see and choose your products directly.

    • Products presented during the event can be sold through digital payment apps and delivered in the following days, without the need to pack at the end of the event.

    Additional Services

    • Visa processing for entry into Mexico is completely free.

    • Flights, lodging, transportation, meals, tours, translators... Oceans Fair provides everything you need.

    • Logistics and product importation will be handled by Oceans Fair if you wish.

    • A Latin American salesperson will accompany you throughout the event.

    Exhibition Space

    • Each booth is built with rigid polycarbonate (PC) walls, 3.2 m high, and a 600 mm cornice. It includes electricity (120 V and 220 V) for lighting or special equipment testing. The flooring is carpet, with color of your choice.

    • Oceans Fair provides designers for booth customization or special fabrication.

    • If you already have exhibition suppliers, Oceans Fair will assist them with anything they need.

    • Customized designs and spaces at competitive market prices.

    • The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    • Oceans Fair has a warehouse to receive your products.
